How Our Service Works
How Our Service Works
- Potential employers are contacted to discuss our service, the needs of the company, and to perform a job site analysis.
- PEC representatives will pre-screen potential employees by matching interest and skills with the work environment and needs of the company.
- PEC representatives will assist with the interview procress.
- Upon hiring, PEC representatives will collaborate with new employers to assure the correct support levels are provided (ranging from full-time onsite to internittent support).
- PEC representatives will facilitate any paperwork for appropriate tax credits.
- PEC will then continue to provide on-going support and consultation for your company and your new employee.
- By hiring through Progressive Employmemnt Concepts your business may be eligible for a tax credit of up to 2,400 dollars.
