We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all services. Everything we do is individualized, built around each person’s strengths, interests, and goals to support meaningful employment and community involvement.

We value inclusion, choice, and respect, recognizing each person’s right to self-determination and to define their own path in life. We foster meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships and encourage contribution at every level. Through innovation and leadership, we strive to create more equitable, inclusive communities for all.

Founded in 1995, our organization was built to reimagine what support could look like for people with developmental disabilities. Today, we serve around 150 individuals, helping them pursue meaningful employment and fuller lives in their communities. With a 77% employment rate, we’re proud of how far we’ve come and we’re committed to continuing that progress until everyone who wants to work has the opportunity to do so.
