This comprehensive training is designed to enhance your skills in Customized Employment Services. This 40+ hour program covers 40 competencies—25 knowledge-based and 15 skill-based.

- Overview of Rights, History and Legislation.
- Introduction to Customized Employment (CE) and Discovery
- Stage 1 of Discovery
Day 2-
- Overview of Social Security Benefits

- Stage 3 of Discovery
- Stage 4 of Discovery
Day 4-
- Stage 5 of Discovery
- Job Development/ Negotiation
Day 5-
- Systematic instruction
- Job support
Certification Requirements:
Participants who complete all requirements will receive a National Certificate of Achievement in Customized Employment Services Basic Level.
To earn your certificate, participants must:
- Attend all instructional sessions.
- Actively participate in discussions and activities.
- Complete and submit all required assignments.
